How does delivery work? Can I return items? At iMood, we know it's natural to have questions, so we've put together some of the most common ones below, including delivery information and our returns policy. Delivery and returnsWe are based in Birmingham and use a courier service to delivery your items. Once order is placed and payment has been received, we will ship your goods within 2 - 5 working days depending on where you are based. During busier times such as Christmas may take longer for shipping, so please order well in advance. There may be a delay in delivery if we are designing a scent for you, this will be discussed with your beforehand. If you order is going to be delayed for any reason we will email you and keep you informed. Our couriers deliver between Monday - Friday up until 6am. We can deliver weekend for an extra cost. Worldwide delivery takes between 3 - 10 days but this varies depending on where we are sending. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs charges, import fees and any VAT that is due. Occasionally customs will keep your goods until payment is made by you for the outstanding duties. The courier company will bill you for these charges.

Returns policyWe offer a 12 month product warranty on our scent machines If you are not entirely satisfied with your scent diffuser then please email imoodfragrances@gmail.com You can return an unwanted product within 14 days of receiving. For a full refund the goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. Your goods must have a purchase receipt and be in the original package it was sent in. Please email imoodfragrances@gmail.com before sending your items back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning the item. We do not refund opened oil/fragrance bottles. Once we receive your purchase we will check over the goods and issue a refund which will take between 5 - 7 days depending on your card provider.

UK deliveriesPlease find our shipping prices below. All weights are shown on the product pages on the website. Shipping depends on the total weight. Items (over 1kg) will be shipped via courier at the standard courier shipping rate. Small items will be shipped on a 3-5 working day delivery service. Shipping times given are after despatch of the order, not the day of placing. Small items are the following size - Max L 45cm. x W 35cm. x D 16cm, if the package exceeds this then the shopping cart will charge for courier delivery (£5.50)

Overseas deliveriesDeliveries to EU countries - Customs fees / taxes may be applicable when the goods arrive to the receivers country, this is payable by the receiver. If orders are refused at the customs due to non payment of said fees then the order will be refunded for the item only. Rest of the world - please email imoodfragrances@gmail.com
